Do I need to integrate my EHR to start?
The Instant Risk Report needs nothing — just a ClinicalTrials.gov record. The Coordinator pilot wants a sample EHR feed in week one and a live feed from week two. We support FHIR R4, HL7v2, and CSV exports out of the box.
What if my trial isn’t on ClinicalTrials.gov yet?
We can score from a sponsor-supplied protocol PDF. The Risk Scorer falls back to an OpenAI-augmented parse so the same five-factor scoring still applies. Most pre-IND and registry-pending sponsors use this path during pilot.
What happens after the pilot ends?
You get a written report comparing predicted vs actual enrollment risk, plus a paid-extension offer with locked-in pricing for 30 days. If you walk, the report is yours — no strings, no clawback.
Who actually does the work — AI or a person?
The screening and scoring is AI; the weekly check-ins are a real person on the Syncra team. Coordinators handle protocol questions, site onboarding, and extension conversations. The system gets smarter the more trials it sees; the human keeps it honest.
